There’s very little I enjoy more than finding the root cause of a client’s “unexplained” infertility or ill health – I get genuinely excited about test results, microbiomes, and all the little clues the body gives us.

After more then a decade practicing law in a previous life, I bring an analytical, forensic approach to my clinic, underpinned by compassion and empathy for the huge struggles so many people face on the path to building a family. If your currently experiencing difficulties getting or staying pregnant, I’ve been in your shoes – or a least a very similar style of shoes – an I want to give you the support and guidance I wish I’d had.

I combine fertility-focused acupuncture with evidence-informed approaches and practical experience of supporting women and couples trying to conceive. This means you get a practitioner who understands both the science and the human side of fertility – the big picture and the little details that often make all the difference.

I am a Nutritional Therapist and Menstrual Cycle Educator in Swords, Co Dublin, with a special focus on fertility and the perinatal period. I am passionate about supporting women and couples on their journey to optimise preconception health, helping them feel informed, empowered and confident as they prepare for conception. In addition to fertility support, I work with girls and women at every stage of life—from puberty through to menopause—providing education and guidance so they can better understand their menstrual cycles, recognise the unique needs of their bodies, and nourish themselves holistically throughout each phase.

My approach is integrative and client-centred, combining functional nutrition, lifestyle coaching, menstrual cycle education, perinatal mental health awareness, and Reiki. This allows me to support clients not only on a physical level but also emotionally and spiritually, helping them restore balance, vitality, and wellbeing. I am deeply committed to empowering women to reconnect with their bodies, understand their unique rhythms, and cultivate sustainable habits that enhance health, fertility, and overall life satisfaction.

Growing up in South Africa, I developed a deep compassion for others and a strong desire to support people through life’s challenges. This passion led me toward a career in counselling. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, where I have seen the profound impact that connection, understanding, and compassionate support can have in the healing process. I have a particular interest in supporting those who have experienced trauma and grief, as well as immigrants, parents and individuals navigating attachment wounds and relationship difficulties. I believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and truly heard – especially during life’s most difficult moments.
